MISCE
ICEP is a partner of the Erasmus+ project “MISCE - Mechatronics for Improving and Standardizing Competences in Engineering (2022-1-ES01-KA220-HED-000089155). The project has a duration of 36 months, starting 1th September 2022 and ending 31 August 2025.
Together with the project coordinator University of Castilla-La Mancha (Spain) and partners Universita degli Studi di Cagliari (Italy), Universita degli Studi di Cassino e del Lazio Meridionale (Italy), Univerzitna Zilina (Slovakia), Universidade do Minho (Portugal), Politechnika Rzeszowska (Poland), Universitat Politecnica de Valencia (Spain), ICEAP is pursuing the goals of the projects.
The objectives of the projects:
1. Strengthening partnerships and exchanging good practices in mechatronics engineering
2. Increasing digital upskilling of European professionals to build the competencies needed to keep the pace of fast-paced digital technology development
3. Closing gender gap in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math)
4. Boosting sustainable economic growth and competitiveness by reinforcing the innovation capacity
5. The integration of the Knowledge Triangle
Outcomes of the projects are:
1. A better level of acquisition of technical competencies in engineering degrees
2. The integration of professionals of a specific sector in the measure of the competences
3. A network creation for a continual improvement process in the acquisition of the competences
4. A standardization of the good practice in engineering degrees
