ICEP is a partner of the Erasmus+ project “WISE – Financial Intelligence of Immigrant Women for Independent Stability and Empowerment” (ref. n. 2025-1-SE01-KA220-ADU-000358464). The project has a duration of 36 months, starting in November 2025 and ending in October 2028. 

The applicant organisation is HOGSKOLAN I HALMSTAD from Halmstad in Sweden and partner organisations are ACCELERAS KG from Vienna in Austria, Fundacja Innowacja i Wiedza from Warszawa in Poland, INSTITUT INPRO, a.s. from Praha in Czechia, Asociatia Institutul pentru Parteneriat Social Bucovina from Suceava in Romania, Ukrainer in Bonn e.V. from Bonn in Germany, and our team from ICEP s.r.o. from Bratislava in Slovakia. 

Project WISE aims to enhance financial literacy among migrant women and equip educators with structured financial intelligence training tools. The project develops an interactive MOOC, a certification framework, and a network of certified educators, ensuring alignment with EU financial inclusion and digital education strategies. By integrating gamified learning, microcredentials, and open education resources, WISE fosters long-term financial empowerment and sustainable impact in adult education.

WISE will provide structured financial literacy education for migrant women and equip educators with innovative teaching tools. The WISE MOOC will offer gamified, self-paced learning, while the Educators’ Training Compass will support financial intelligence teaching. The WISE Certification will validate competencies, ensuring recognition in employment and entrepreneurship. Over 50 educators and 500 learners will benefit, fostering financial independence and inclusion across Europe.

Our main activities we are going to implement are:

  • Develop a MOOC, offering interactive, gamified financial literacy training for migrant women and educators.
  • Create an Educators’ Training Compass, providing structured financial intelligence teaching strategies.
  • Conduct Training of Educators, equipping them with financial literacy methodologies and tools.
  • Establish the WISE Certification, ensuring formal recognition of financial education competencies.
  • Maximize impact through dissemination, multiplier events, and conferences.
